Tom Ford has gone all genius on us again and designed a new Spring 2012 metallic makeup line full of molten gold goodness that will make everyone glow with anticipation (literally). The ad campaign, shot by Ford himself, features model Mirta Maas absolutely dripping in glowing metals. Rad-tacular.
This limited edition collection will include sultry, sexy cream shadows, nail polishes, lip glosses, and a new addition to Ford’s products, bronzing powders. One product stands out particularly from these gilded goodies, and that is is the Gold Dust lip lacquer which coincides with the metallic trend seen at Spring runway shows like 3.1 Phillip Lim, where models sported golden metallics on their lids, lips, and cheeks.
We strongly suggest you find yourself at a David Jones asap (they launched this week, yippeee!) as we predict these heavy metal beautifiers will be gone in a flash. We'll be there, with (molten gold) bells on.
