So apparently the '90s are the new '80s, which makes me feel really, really old. And you really cannot have a '90s revival with-out the neck piece de jour, the choker. Remember begging your mum to take you to spotlight to buy velvet ribbon and bejewelled buttons so you could make your own? Well, it's a little harder to recreate without some serious metal working skills this time around (doh, if only I had taken that elective at school!), but you can pick one up pretty cheaply (or not).
