Step 1: Begin by applying O.P.I Start To Finish Formaldehyde Free Base Coat to each nail. Then, evenly apply one coat of Nails Inc Nail Polish in Summer Place, brushing the colour down the nail slowly. Wait for the polish to dry and apply a good second coat.
