  1. Oh my word… this sounds and looks divine! Too bad I went through my case of coconut water (Thanks DDGD 🙂 ) way too quickly haha

  2. Sounds perfect to me.
I dont drink alcohol so would love this just as it is

  3. Definitely looks delicious and refreshing! And could easily be ‘adulterated’ with a little Bacardi or something for a Summer cocktail party! 🙂

  4. This would be awesome to make! I’d either mix in some watermelon Smirnoff or some Malibu coconut rum, though 🙂

  5. Oh wow – I can’t wait for spring so I can make this – it sounds divine.

  6. We are going to make two batches. Freeze the first batch and use it as the ice cubes.

  7. Worth trying… I’m out to door to check if my watermelons are ripe from my garden!! Pink & pretty in my jars for sure, thx

    1. I get that – I’m not a fan of the taste of coconut water either, but the watermelon does drown it out. You can always try a flavoured coconut water such as pineapple or guava flavoured or make it a bit bubbly with some soda water or ginger beer.

  8. This is a wonderful drink. My cousin made it for one of our get togethers. It hit the spot.
