Although there’s only 2 weeks of warm weather left for us Aussies, the summer heat is still at its peak so forget the bloat-inducing booze and start swigging this healthy, easy breezy treat instead. After all what’s better than sipping a cool drink (or three!) when you’re trying to escape the swelter? Nothing. Nothing is better! Get blending.
Watermelon Breeze – Makes 2 Servings
3 cups cubed chilled watermelon
1 cup coconut water
A squeeze of fresh lime
Sprig of mint
Easy-peasy directions: Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass (or jar if you have one handy) and add some ice.
