I honestly think that most exciting part of getting my first "grown up" job was starting to plan the outfits! But I didn't get far before I found myself stuck in a pickle that I think most people new to the world of 9-to-5 probably face (trust me it's a third world problem!). You see I wanted to stay away from the typical blacks and greys, on top of that I wanted to show my personality (and shopaholic tendencies) whilst staying totally professional and not making a complete fool of myself. And it was hard!

Ms Stein has the art of dressing for the office down pat – and she doesn’t even work in an office (well, not an office office like my boring office anyway). I LOVE some of these looks, but I am pretty sure my boss would give me some funny looks for some of them, just because I am not wearing black.
