There’s just something about Robyn Lawley isn’t there? This Aussie stunner first hit the headlines as one of a trio of "Plus sized" (shudder... I hate that term!) models to feature on the cover of Italian Vogue (see below), and since then has gone on to cover and star in many a glossy both here, and overseas (including French Elle, Australian Vogue and Madison last year). She also did Australia proud strutting her ridiculously long legs for Ralph Lauren (New York) and Elena Miro (Milan) as well as others during the international Fashion Month season. Add on top of all that, that she's an amazing cook (check out her food blog robynlawleyeats.tumblr.com and keep an eye out for her upcoming cooking show) an aspiring Swimwear designer (her range hits stores next year), and also one of the nicest chickies we've interviewed, and we are heading into serious stalker girl-crush territory.

"Why girls aren’t wanting Beyoncé’s thighs...strong and curvy.....I don’t have a gap...but I can also machine press 70kg/140 pounds with my inner thighs” - Robyn Lawley (Facebook)
Personally I couldn't think of a better person to be guest editing DDG for our Real Month, so we sat down with her to find out a bit more about our new BFF.

DDG: What is one thing you are secretly good at?
RL: I love learning new programs, like Photoshop or Lightroom and music software like Logic pro and Ableton Live
DDG: Who is your celebrity crush? (and why)
RL: Michael Fassbender, I adore his accent and he's a damn good actor.
DDG: If you didn’t model, what would you do?
RL: I'm fortunate enough to be creatively doing what I wanted to do beside modelling already.
I've been designing a swim suit line, djing, as well as writing, recipe testing and photographing my new cook book – and I am in pre-production for my new cooking show that will be filming later in the year so I have plenty to keep me busy!

DDG: What is your favourite guilty pleasure?
RL: Nutella
DDG: How do you like to spend your down time?
RL: I love watching movies with my boyfriend at home.
DDG: Who inspires you (and why)?
RL: Many people inspire me sub consciously, I love people who have a strong sense of themselves – but I'm a highly visual person so I’m always most inspired by things I see around me; street art, fashion, music, colours etc.
Next we talk with Robyn about her favourite beauty tips and tricks, keep and eye out!
