During this time of year we're always indulging. Whether that means you're going out for dinner every night, gorging your way through 3 roast meals in one day (also known as my perfect Christmas day) or even drinking a bit too much at all those end of parties, then you're probably feeling the effects right about now.
It doesn't always mean a massive weight pile-on, but even just getting out of your regular routine can play havoc with your body - bloating, cramps, exhaustion and dull skin are all major signs that you're overdoing it. When we're in this brief period of living it up Marie Antionette styles (let them eat all the cake!) before we head back to work, it can be a wonderful feeling to know that we're still getting all the vegies we need even if it is with a margarita on the side!
So swap one meal a day with one of these delicious, healthy, filling salad recipes and not only will you feel better this summer, but you'll probably be too full to indulge at the dessert table later on.
