How to reshape your eyebrows
Completely stumped on how to shape your brows? Unsure sure about which shape will work in harmony with your features? It’s time to school you on the perfect arch for your face shape!
You might have noticed I’ve got quite the obsession with eyebrows, mainly because I used to sport spaghetti-strap silhouettes back in my teenage heyday (not proud of it). So ever since I discovered that a well groomed brow can indeed completely change the way you look (see here for proof), I’ve been hellbent on ensuring mine stay in relatively good condition. I’ve also picked up loads of tips and tricks about how to achieve the perfect shape that’s proportionate to my face shape and features, and this is exactly what I’m going to teach you today.
Whether you’re waxing, threading or tweezing your furry little caterpillars, remember this cardinal rule: shape, lift and define!
A pen, pencil … or a small stick!
STEP ONE: Align a pen, pencil or random stick (I opted for the stick) against the tip of your inner eye and the outermost edge of your nostril. This is where the brow should start.
STEP TWO: Use the same straight object to align your iris with the side of your nose. This is where the brow should naturally arch.
STEP THREE: Lastly, align the side of your nose with the end tip of your outer eye. This is where your brow should end.
TIP: Following your basic shape and natural arch is key to ensuring you emerge with shapely brows that’ll put Cara D to shame!
