Bite size: Tapas recipes too good to share

Tapas recipes you might not want to share

The thing that I hate most about going out for dinner is that no matter where we go I always seem to order the wrong thing. Whether I get the restaurant’s signature dish, my personal favourite or whatever it is that I’ve been craving for weeks, I always seem to be disappointed while my fellow diners enjoy their meal. Yes, order envy is a key component of my dining experience. That’s why tapas recipes hold a special place in my heart.

WANT MORE? I you’re loving these tapas recipes, then we’ve got the perfect drink to accompany them right here

Not only do they always take me back to my own Spanish adventures, but these perfect-for-sharing dinner options mean I never get jealous about what my friends are eating because we’re all munching on the same thing. It’s genius!

These tapas recipes are easy to master and impressive to serve your guests at a dinner party. Alternatively they make excellent party food because they’re all small bites that can be eaten standing up. Or you could cook them individually f you’re craving tasty snacks. What I’m trying to say is that they’re super delicious and I think you should eat them. But don’t stop at one… have em’ all!

When I'm not working on getting my first novel finished you'll find me buried under the great wall of credit card debt that I've collected over the years. I am a hoarder of shoes, jewellery, books and Disney DVDs and am physically incapable of restricting my chocolate intake.

  1. I LOVE tapas! And let’s be honest, you really can’t go past patatas bravas… or potatoes in general

  2. Oh my goodness, you have made me drool. I am so hungry for some of these now.

  3. So much goodness! So easy and fun for a dinner party or for something fun for a backyard picnic with the kids (great for getting them to try new things, since you haven’t put all your time and effort into a whole meal they might not enjoy, but one little bite of each new taste sensation as=t a time!) 🙂

  4. Yum! I love pararas bravas, but never thought to make them at home. Dinner tomorrow night sorted, maybe with some meatballs and that delicious looking mushrooms with polenta thing.
