The recurring theme in all of these exercise posts that I’ve been doing seems to be the fact that I am a generally unfit person who likes to exercise when I’m actually at the class but getting me to go to classes regularly is a whole other matter. In the back of my mind I think I’d like to be a fit person but to get to that level I need to learn to resist the siren song of my couch.
So to try to inspire me to get moving with more frequency and to start working my way up to being the type of person who posts fitspirational photos to Instagram (because if you’re not ‘gramming it then it’s not happening!)
