While I am a fiend for chocolate, I've never really been that big on ice cream. As the name would suggest, it is just too cold and creamy for my tastes so while I'll eat it occasionally I'm never particularly interested in making up a big batch of the stuff. A nice fruit sorbet on the other hand, well that's a different story altogether. Give me a smooth, fruity sorbet and I'm one happy woman.
