Meal ticket: Help yourself eat better with our free meal planner printables

I know we've given you meal planners before, but I really can't overstate how helpful they are in terms of cutting back on the amount of takeout you buy throughout the week and just generally ensuring that you're eating better. Planning your meals in advance also helps to keep your supermarket budget down because you're not picking up 15 things you don't need with every trip to the shops, which means more money for the important things in life ... like shoes.

WANT MORE? If you liked these free meal planner printables, then check out more of our printables here.

We've got three designs of meal planners for you so you can either pick your favourite or alternate from week to week to keep it fresh in your head. Keep it on your fridge and it will also help to remind you of your requirements during the week (like that work dinner on Thursday night that means you won't have to cook!). Because I don't know about you, but I like everything a lot better if it involves food.

Its so pretty and useful :) My partner and I are always wondering what we should have for dinner, its Sunday so tonight we treat ourselves by eating out but otherwise we are stumped lol

My sister does a thing she calls “The Hungry Games” where she has written out all the meals she can make and then draws them at the start of the week like a game of bingo so she never has to actually make a decision. Writing out my meal plan at the start of the week is pretty much the only way I can do a food shop without getting home with just a loaf of bread adn 15 packets of Tim Tams.

I love the idea of the Hungry Games! That is awesome.
The meal planner is sweet but I find that I need more space. I tend to use scrap paper and then write down all the ingredients underneath so I know what to order.
