A good snooze is vital for an adequately functioning body, and it certainly shows on your face when you're lacking in sleep. I am constantly whining that there just aren't enough hours in a day to check off all the items on my to-do list, and as a result, shut-eye time loses the battle. Enter: Sleeping Beauty Tea, and maybe this isn't such an impossible feat.

I am constantly drawn to products that can maximise beauty from the inside out, and Edible Beauty's Sleeping Beauty Tea is no exception. Crafted with all-Australian organic ingredients like passionflower, chamomile, lavender and lemon verbena (just to name a few), it's therapeutic, metabolically stimulating, detoxifying, skin healing and boasts anti-ageing abilities that make it the perfect pre-sleeping potion.

A must-have for natural beauty lovers!

This sounds amazing! I just love tea in general. I have anxiety so I drink chamomile. My best friend got me onto a decaf pomegranate green tea and that is delicious too. Otherwise Madame Flavour is always a winner
