#ddglifeproject: Let’s be positive!

When we kicked off our #ddglifeproject we wanted to start making little changes to our lives that would help us to not only have the best year ever, but to also help us to start forming healthy habits that will help us feel better about every aspect of our lives going forward. So yes, the first challenges focused on the physical (by getting us moving and to up our intake of fruit and vegetables) because if we’re not healthy and active then we’re not going to be able to get a whole lot done in the rest of our lives, but this week we want to start focusing on the internal.
