Review: Redken Body Full Instant Bodifier

"It's been a month and I'm still in shock. This stuff works!

I have super fine hair that does not behave and refuses to comprehend the meaning of volume unless I empty a can of hairspray into it on an hourly basis. And every other product out there either leaves it lank or knotty or dirty or crackly. So it was with a healthy dose of skepticism that I tried the bodifier foam after stumbling across it recently. But I'm in love.

It's a lightweight foam (not at all like mousse) that you can use either wet or dry before blowdrying and pouff! like magic hair has volume. It's not greasy regardless of how much you use and it has longevity. My hair stays volumised all day. I really like that it doesn't stick either so I can brush and style my hair without loosing the volume.

My only criticism is that you can go through it really quickly - especially if you're heavy handed with it or use it every day. So from that point of view it's a little cost prohibitive. But for those days when I need my hair to behave it's fantastic.
