Hi y'all,
I just recently made one of my bedrooms into a walk in closet and the only thing I need now are curtain tension rods. Not just regular rods but the one's that have a spring in them so I can adjust to fit whatever space I am using. I found them a Macy's and with shipping it comes to about 70 dollars. I can't find any Australian sites that sell tension rods the only ones they sell are one's without springs. Can anyone help?

Have you checked out Bunnings?
I have I’ve gone to all the major hardware stores and nothing. They actually look at me strange when I tell them what it is that I’m looking for LOL.
How annoying for you! The only other places I would think to check out would be Lincraft, Spotlight & perhaps storage shops like Howards Storage World. Sounds like you’re well on the ball & probably already done this though!
Did anyone else start drooling at the idea of a bedroom sized walk in wardrobe? Good luck with this
I did! So jealous!
Me too! My built-in wardrobe is just not big enough hehe
I typed ‘curtain tension rod’ into ebay and there are a heap of results here is one:

But not the australian site, just http://www.ebay.com
Hope that helps!
Hi Boo thanks for that. I did look on ebay.com but decided it was safer to go with Macy’s as they have a return policy and I know it won’t be the cheap plastic kind. I’ve been shafted too many times on ebay unfortunately but thank you for your advise.
No idea, sorry!
I swear to god that Spotlight have just got these in stock…
Had any luck?
I have a little walk-in wardrobe. It’s so cute and I’m glad it’s not bigger because then I’d feel like I’d need to fill it with more clothes & shoes!
Found some today at Ikea. They extend to 2m and work beautifully. Wish I could find them in longer lengths though..
