I love Shellac nail polishes so much that I went and bought my own kit. The only problem is that the colours are fairly boring and quite dark and wintery. I am looking for some pastels or neon’s for spring. Does anyone know somewhere to buy these that isn't too expensive? I am not overly fussed about the brand (have used CND, OPI, and bluesky all successfully).
I would also like to know if anyone has used CCO and what it’s like?

Have you checked Priceline? I know they stock the kits – last time I was in there I thought they had a few more colours in the range but must admit didn’t really look!

Around $10 but as you mentioned they are the CCO brand. I’ve only had it done at a salon so can’t tell if any good!
Have a search on ebay also – there seems quite a few!!
